How Long Does a Shoot Take?
We need approximately 45 minutes or less on-site for the standard real estate shoot of the spaces in an average home. Larger properties may require more time, and smaller ones may be completed faster. Each service that is added on to the package may slightly increase the time required on site.
How Much Notice Do You Need To Book a Shoot?
Availabilities can vary based on season, location and the availabilities of our individual photograpehrs. We do our best to get your shoot into our calendar within 7 working days of receiving your request.
Are there Travel Fees?
We have no travel charges within Collingwood and Blue Mountains area. We are in the middle of growing, and the area covered by our free-travel policy will be expanding as well.
Are you Hiring Photographers?
Yes! We're always interested in hearing from photographers interested in the real estate marketing fields and provide a rewarding work experience focused on mutual growth in professional work environments, and pride ourselves on excellent working conditions for all associate photographers.
Do you have flat rates?
Yes! In our experiences, flat rates are the easiest for our clients to budget and plan for, so almost every service we provide is broken down into a flat rate fee for your convenience while budgeting. We're not big fans of surprises in our work, and operate as if our clients feel the same.
How Should I Prepare for our Shoot?
Great Quesiton! It's important to be photo-ready prior to your photographers arrival on-site. We have a handy document checklist to ensure you're putting your best foot forward when it comes to your visual marketing.
Do you edit your photos?
Absolutely! We have a highly customized process that helps us to achieve a consistent look and realistic color and lighting for every property, on every day.
Are there any spaces you don't photograph?
We only photograph the spaces you want to be shown. If you dont want it displayed, we wont photograph it. We're skilled at avoiding areas in photos and videos when necessary so the focus is on the best features of any property.
Do you provide on-site styling or staging?
No we do not provide styling or staging services at this time. Please reach out in advance if you need local recommendations of stagers, stylists or cleaners to work with for your property. Properties will always show their best if they are ready in advance of the shoot.
How do you deliver your photos?
We deliver photos in two different dimensions or sizes ; a web copy just large enough to fill most screens on websites. And a print copy, sized large enough to be used in billboards, magazine adverts, custom graphic designs, and other property marketing strategies.
How can I use your photos?
Our standard approach is to provide our photos under a single use and non transferrable license for unlimited use in a variety of formats with intent of marketing the specific property until a single successful sale for the current owners.
Do you provide video materials?
Yes, we have a variety of video marketing services, including full video tours, drone video, area highlight videos, agent on camera, social media cuts and formats, and slideshow videos as an affordable add on to your photoshoot, plus many more.
Can I make Revisions?
TLDR, yes. You can request revisions to your delivered photos. We strive to help the clients that appreciate our style as it is regularly produced, but if you have any specific requests to the look or aesthetic of your images, we're happy to do our best to accommodate. We can make spot edits in most cases, generally included in the shoot rate, however more complex photoshop editing tasks may require an extra fee - but rest assured our rates are always competitive and at or near the industry standard expectations.
How long until I receive my photos?
In all but fringe cases, we deliver photos by the next morning of our shoot, fully edited, in multiple size formats described above.
Can You Make Blue Skies?
Of Course! If you don't get the weather you want on your shoot day but decide to continue as planned, we'll help hide the poor weather on critical outdoor views to ensure the property's surrounding elements are depicted in a good light.
Do you provide on-site styling or staging?

How Can I Pay for my Shoot?
We accept payment for our services through a variety of means, including but not limited to paypal, etransfer, and via cheque at the time of photography, and cash.
Do You Require Editing Services?
At this time, I have a team of professional editors skilled in a variety of software, workflows, and techniques that we apply at every shoot. We are happy to talk with local candidates to fill any open editing positions, however we have no need for any outsource editing team services, and would appreciate no solicitations of such services, thank you.
